These terms apply to the LearnFrenchMalta website, account system, Saturday pathway bookings, Summer French Club bookings, and related services. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Saturday pathway

• The Saturday pathway is the main structured 40-lesson beginner program for kids aged 8+.
• There is no weekly commitment unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.
• Families book only the Saturdays they want to attend, subject to availability.
• When a child returns after a break, they continue from the last completed lesson as tracked by LearnFrenchMalta.
• Placement is based on level, readiness, and available progress records.

Trial and session packs

• The Trial Saturday Session is €59 unless changed on the pricing page.
• After the trial, families may choose 4 Saturday Sessions, 8 Saturday Sessions, or 16 Saturday Sessions at the current listed prices.
• If stated on the pricing page, the €59 trial amount is deducted when continuing into a Saturday session pack.
• Session packs are intended for the child profile linked to the purchase unless we approve a support-related change.

Bookings and use of sessions

• Each booked Saturday session uses one session from the selected child’s available balance unless clearly stated otherwise.
• If booking for more than one child, each child must have sufficient available balance.
• Session availability depends on open slots and capacity.
• LearnFrenchMalta may adjust session availability during holidays, operational changes, or schedule updates.

Summer French Club

• The Summer French Club is a separate seasonal offer and is not the same product as the Saturday pathway.
• Summer French Club may run in fixed 4-week blocks or other formats shown on the relevant page at the time of booking.
• Summer timing, pricing, and format are governed by the published Summer page and current booking details.
• Participation in Summer Club does not automatically include access to Saturday pathway sessions unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations and refunds

• If you cancel 24 hours or more before a booked session, your session may be returned according to the current cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be refundable because the seat is reserved.
• If LearnFrenchMalta cancels a session because of unforeseen issues, the affected session balance is returned when the system allows.
• Refund requests outside normal cancellation rules are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.

Payments

• Manual payment workflows may require payment approval before the trial or session pack appears in the account.
• You are responsible for submitting accurate payment reference details.
• LearnFrenchMalta may delay activation until payment details are verified.

Account responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Please make sure child details are correct for booking, progress tracking, and communication.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you report unauthorized access.

Website and lesson use

• Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the website, booking system, or lesson content.
• Lesson materials are for personal use by enrolled families unless written permission is given.
• LearnFrenchMalta may update pages, pricing, wording, schedules, and service details as needed.
